There's plenty of parking as we're alongside one of the Town's main car parks behind the Tesco store on the High Street.

Berkhamsted is on the old A41 but from Jct 20 of the M25 for instance, follow the signs to Berkhamsted on the A41 and straight into the High Street. Look for a right turn between Costa Coffee and Tesco - this is the entrance to the car park. Our Showroom is in the building at the rear, you'll find the main entrance just around the corner.

We're open Monday to Friday 10am - 5.30pm and 10am - 4pm on Saturday. But if you want to make a special visit outside these hours - give us a call.



PAYMENT

We only process your card when we are ready to despatch your order. See our security statement below. When ordering online, you must be the cardholder, and give the registered cardholder's address, even if the order is going to a separate delivery address. This is for your protection and card processors frequently make security checks on card payments. We do not send a credit card receipt with the order as when buying online, you are agreeing to a 'card not present' transaction. GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers can be purchased on line and are sent out via E-mail, (Virtual Voucher) - no paper version is available. Vouchers may not be exchange for cash, in whole or in part. If you don't want to spend your whole voucher in one go you can make separate purchases on the one voucher. Vouchers must be redeemed with 1 year of the date purchased.

SECURITY
We want our customers to enjoy shopping securely and use the latest technology to ensure that orders are processed safely. The ordering part of the website provides communication through 128-bit SSL secure certificate verified by GeoTrustSSL technology, meaning that your card details are encrypted while they are transferred over the Internet. Once the order has been processed, card details are deleted from our system and are not made available to any other party.

Our online shopping process uses cookies to remember what you have put in your shopping card during your shop. ORDER.
All orders placed before 3pm will be disptached via Initial City Link Courier on a next day delivery. This applies to all in stock items.

STOCK
We work hard to ensure availability of all the items shown on our website, however, there may be the odd occasion when we run out of stock on certain items. In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you via email to confirm which items and expected delivery date (usually 5-7 days). At this point you have the choice to either wait the extra few days for delivery, or, change your order.


DELIVERY
We make one charge per order for Postage and Packaging to addresses in the UK.
All mainland parcels are delivered by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery or Initial City Link Courier, and require a signature.
In the event no one is available to take delivery of the package the courier will post a card advising you of attempted delivery. Your options will then be:-
a) take no action, as Initial City Link will automatically re-attempt delivery the next working day (Monday - Friday)
b) call the delivery branch and arrange an alternative date for the second delivery attempt (Monday - Friday)
c) call the branch and arrange to collect the package from Initial City Link's premises.

Initial City Link Next Day Delivery UK only = £7.50 - Next Day Delivery. Requests to reroute package will incur a charge of £7.50

Royal Mail Signed small packages Rest of the World = vary from country to country and weight - allow 3-5 days

Overseas orders weighing over 1lb will be charged on an individual basis depending on location and weight of package. Contact us via email info@ugogirl.co.uk or phone us on (0)1442 877074 for a costing.

RETURNS
There may be occasions when you need to return items to us and we have tried to make this is easy as possible for you. If you are unhappy with any purchase, for whatever reason, you can return it. A returns form with full instructions is included in each delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. You will need to contact us, either by phone - 01442 877074 or by email info@ugosport.co.uk, to obtain a return authorisation number. Simply fill in the provided form, include the returns number and use the tear off address slip to label your parcel. Please ensure the items are packaged carefully. We do not offer a free returns service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process returns within 7 days of receiving the goods.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We understand that you may be purchasing items as gifts for Christmas. During the Festive Season we extend the returns period two weeks into January to cover you just in case your gift needs changing . Please try and get the item back to us as soon as possible in the New Year and we will endeavour to either change the item or refund you the cost.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We will exchange, make a refund or give a credit note for goods returned to us in perfect condition within 2 weeks of the receipt date. Perfect condition means that the item can be put back into stock, ie. unused, unworn, without marks (from food, grease, deodorant etc.), neatly folded in its original plastic bag and with all labels attached. Confirmation of a refund will be sent by email. For exchange items allow 2 weeks from the date you sent your parcel for them to arrive.

Take the parcel to a Post Office. For your own security, we suggest you return goods to us by a traceable method. In the event of a lost parcel, you as the sender are responsible for processing a claim. Please make sure that your parcel is insured to cover the value of the contents.

If you would like an exchange, email Customer Services at info@ugosport.co.uk or call us on 01442 877074 with the original order number, what you want to return, and give details of the size, colour and code of the replacement item of your choice. This will allow us to allocate stock for you.

However, computer screens can affect the look of some colours, therefore, there may be slight differences in colour shade of the products.
